Abstract
The present article is a critical analysis of the judgment of the Inter–American Court in the case known as in vitro fecundation. For the author, the Court’s ruling is impressive for its weak argumentation, its logical mistakes and its contradiction in light of the very same international corpus juris that the International Human Rights Court had elaborated (such as legal personality recognition and equality before the law). Moreover, there are procedural aspects in the ruling that also lack consistent argumentation.Downloads
