Abstract

The article analyzes the Prawer–Begin Plan, an Israeli public policy that seeks to displace the indigenous population of the Naqab desert (Negev) to “authorized” areas. It also studies the situation of this nation in the occupied territories and the international impact that this policy has had in important international institutions such as the UN and the European Parliament. Finally, this article aims to respond whether or not we are facing war crimes and / or crimes against humanity.
