Administrative Law, Human Dignity and Fundamental Social Rights
Abstract
The pandemic has drawn our attention to the soundness and vitality of the model of the social and democratic state subject to the rule of law rooted in the primacy of human dignity. Administrative law, conceived to rationally and justly regulate general interests, needs to find a way to defend and protect fundamental rights.
