Resumen

Este trabajo propone la necesidad de revisar el rol que cumplieron abogados y jueces en el surgimiento del control judicial de constitucionalidad en los Estados Unidos durante la década de 1780, varios años antes que el Chief Justice John Marshall redactara su célebre decisión en el fallo Marbury v. Madison.
