Luis Eduardo Godínez Mejía, Universidad de Navarra

Licenciado en Derecho y Ciencias Sociales (Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, México). Maestro en Derecho Procesal Constitucional (UMSNH). Doctorando en Derecho (Universidad de Navarra). Profesor de Derecho Económico, Administrativo, Teoría General del Estado, Ciencia Política y de la Seguridad Social (UMSNH, Universidad del Valle de Zamora). Funcionario público en distintos cargos del Instituto Nacional de Migración de la Secretaría de Gobernación (Gobierno federal mexicano), además de ocupar cargos y de brindar asesoría de planeación gubernamental municipal (Michoacán, México). Abogado en litigios de derecho administrativo, electoral, familiar y civil.
