Abstract
This article undertakes a thorough analysis of Justice Carlos Rosenkrantz’s dissenting opinions in the Argentine Supreme Court, employing both qualitative and quantitative empirical methods. The primary aim is to investigate how these dissents influence the Court’s perceived legitimacy.
