Environmental protection in the case law of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights

This paper aims to understand the interrelationships bet- ween the international environmental protection and the human rights protection systems, as well as the contributions of the jurisprudence of the Inter–American Court of Human Rights to the strengthening of the civil and political rights protection in cases involving environmental issues.
