The Judge as an Active Agent in the Dignified Treatment of the Victim in the Judicial Process

This paper aims to display and analyze the elements and tools that a judge needs to carry out his duties and above all, to treat the victim with dignity. Therefore, the formal requirements of the jurisdiction and the use of various principles that should govern his performance are analyzed.
