A perspective of political-electoral rights according to the constitutional reform of human rights in Mexico

Abstract

The recent constitutional reforms have changed the situation of Human Rights in Mexico. Consequently, this has brought the need to modify the vision of some other rights, especially those related to the citizens intervention in political issues. This article discusses these rights and their relation with the International Agreements that protect them.
