Abstract

En este ensayo se busca definir el concepto de “estándares de derechos humanos”, estableciendo –en primer lugar– una distinción original entre derechos humanos y estándares de derechos humanos, para luego analizar la validez de ambos tipos de normas, teniendo en consideración la práctica de organismos internacionales y las nociones de universalidad y relativismo cultural.
