Inteligência artificial generativa e descoberta de fármacos: reconfiguração do padrão da pessoa versada na matéria

A arquitetura contemporânea do direito de patentes assenta em um padrão antropocêntrico de atividade inventiva que pressupõe limites cognitivos próprios da investigação humana, pressuposto que a integração sistemática de inteligência artificial generativa na descoberta farmacêutica começou a desestabilizar ao converter a exploração massiva do espaço químico em prática ordinária. O objetivo do artigo é analisar a reconfiguração do padrão PSA/PHOSITA diante da incorporação estrutural de ferramentas de inteligência artificial na descoberta de fármacos, avaliando o deslocamento da fronteira entre otimização técnica rotineira e atividade inventiva.
