La última edición del Mapa de Género de la Justicia Argentina reveló que sólo el 31 % de las máximas autoridades son mujeres. El trabajo analiza los factores que provocan la desigualdad en el liderazgo de la mujer dentro del Poder Judicial, a partir de una serie de entrevistas realizadas a juezas pertenecientes al fuero penal, de familia, penal económico, laboral y civil y comercial.
