This paper aims to clarify the mechanisms of recognition and guarantee of fundamental rights in the field of European institutions through two main argumentative lines: the evolution of the institutions of the European Union towards an increasingly widespread and intense recognition of fundamental rights and the dialogue between the different High Courts.
