The special jurisdiction of indigenous peoples and the fulfillment of human rights within the OAS member states

This work takes into consideration the current situation of juridical pluralism that exists within the Member States of the Organization of the American States, in order to discuss the right of indigenous peoples to self–government and the exercise of jurisdictional functions, seeking to reconcile the recognition of these rights with the respect to human rights in the territory of the States.
