Human rights from the perspective of the economic analysis of law

In this paper, the meaning and scope of economic analysis of law and its implications in the field of human rights is presented in a simple and accurate fashion. The Structural and methodological founda- tions that make the economic analysis of law a tool for the purpose of full understanding and development of international legal instruments are presented. It also marks lines of procedure that will reflect on the daily operation of those working with Human Rights.
