Individual Claims before the European Court of Human Rights: A Procedural Approach

This paper first focuses on the European Court of Human Rights with its current formations and competencies. Then it goes on until after the individual claim emphasizing its procedural iter. We are before an International System of Human Rights Protection which receives thousands of claims annually and is therefore seriously affected by the disease of its own success.
