Abogado (UBA), magíster en Derecho Administrativo y máster en Políticas Públicas por la Universidad Austral, donde es director del Observatorio en IA, Innovación, Sociedad y Gobierno, y director y profesor de la Diplomatura en IA y Gobierno 5.0 de la Universidad Austral.
