Abstract

This paper reviews the latest jurisprudence of the Supreme Court regarding its original jurisdiction in tax matters. Thus, it mentions the cases in which the Court admitted its action as a court of sole instance and those in which it rejected it. The arguments provided by the CSJN are analyzed in order to, subsequently, formulate a conclusion.
