Licenciado en Ciencias Políticas (Universidad Católica Argentina). Maestrando en Relaciones Internacionales (Universidad Austral). Profesor asistente en la carrera de Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad Católica Argentina. Miembro del Centro de Estudios de Asia de la Escuela de Política, Gobierno y Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad Austral. Ejerció diferentes responsabilidades dentro del sector público nacional y subnacional.
